We can endlessly discuss and philosophize what happiness is and what are the best ways to achieve it.

But the truth is that we are just biological robots.

Happiness is simply a subjective feeling caused by a release of certain types of Hormones & Neurotransmitters that our body produces as a response to certain activities.

To be more exact. It's a feeling that our brain simulates for us in response to certain substances circulating in it.

Ironically, some of the substances the brain produces himself.

As simple as that.
