The truth is that the magic spell doesn't work, and you can't cheat on physics.
You either get a lower performance with less heat generation and low power consumption, allowing for a compact, fanless design.
Or you opt for more horsepower to handle advanced tasks, which inevitably means more heat and a bulkier case for proper heat dissipation. Otherwise, it will overheat and throttle.
