WWDC 2025

Watched the latest WWDC keynote today. Probably the first inspiring thing from Apple in recent years.

The massive UI redesign creates a new blue ocean. If not an ocean, but at least a fresh lake. Companies with large, resource-constrained products may struggle to adapt quickly. Their apps will feel outdated for a while, opening room for products with modern designs. Developers will also have some work to be done.

I liked the unified look across all devices. As a newly baked iPad owner, I’m glad to see iPadOS finally getting some real love.

Interesting to watch Apple playing catch-up on AI trends. Layering in small AI-integrated features that gradually turn devices into Model Context Protocol servers. All part of prepping for AGI domination over meatbags.
